Fletcher Van Gilder Attorneys Named 2020 Super Lawyers

Kate Brogan, Jim Fenton, Dan McNamara, and Rachel Guin of Fletcher Van Gilder have been selected to the 2020 Super Lawyers list, a nationwide resource for attorneys and consumers searching for legal counsel. According to the publication, “Super Lawyers selects attorneys using a patented multi-phase selection process” that includes nomination by peers, independent evaluation across 12 categories, and “review by a highly credentialed Blue Ribbon Panel of attorneys.”

Kate Brogan was selected as a Super Lawyer in employment law and labor law. Jim Fenton and Dan McNamara are each listed as a Super Lawyer in business litigation. Rachel Guin is named a “Rising Star” in employment litigation: defense.
