The Fort Wayne law firms of Van Gilder & Trzynka PC and Eilbacher Fletcher LLP are pleased to announce their merger. The new law firm, named Fletcher Van Gilder LLP and located at 436 E. Wayne St., will have 10 attorneys: David E. Bailey, Kathryn A. Brogan, Anne Carney, James P. Fenton, Rachel J. Guin, Timothy A. Manges, Daniel G. McNamara, Andrew P. Simmons, Lindsay Davenport Solon and David C. Van Gilder.
Practice areas will include appeals; business formation and transactions; civil rights; commercial and business litigation; dissolution and post-dissolution; employment law; estate planning; expungements; family law matters; guardianships/adoptions; mediation; municipal law; personal injury; probate; professional licensing; securities litigation; Social Security disability; and workers’ compensation.

Established in 2004, Eilbacher Fletcher was a coming together of distinguished litigation attorneys, including Leonard Eilbacher, Martin Fletcher, James Fenton and Alan VerPlanck. The firm later added other key practice areas including municipal law, employment law and family law. It is listed in U.S. News and World Report’s “Best Law Firms” publication.
Van Gilder & Trzynka was founded in 1996 by (now Superior Court Judge) David Avery, (now Magistrate) Tom Boyer, David Van Gilder and Ann Trzynka. It focused on Social Security disability, family law, workers’ compensation and personal injury, and was twice named “Pro Bono Law Firm of the Year” by the Volunteer Lawyer Program of Northeast Indiana.
